Billing Shipping Info Policy

All orders must have billing verifed with thier payment, if the order dose no meet these qulifications, it will be voided. 

All gaming sealed product cannot be sold internationally. Any order that includes sealed product marked for international shipping will be voided.

Pre-Orders and Tournament Pre-Registration

We offer pre-orders for most Product and most Magic Singles. You may choose to pick up your pre-orders in store or have them shipped to the address of your choice. All Pre-Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. (Some Products may be pre-ordered with a deposit, this must be done in person in our retail location.) All Orders containing pre-order items, with Pay In Store payment method will be canceled at our discretion. 
Please note that all orders containing Pre-Order items along with non-Pre-Order items will not ship or be avaliable until the latest Pre-Order item on the order. 

Please note that all Pre-Order items and Tournament Pre-Registration purchases are considered Non-Refundable Deposits. Please be aware of this policy before purchasing your Pre-Order item, or signing up for a Tournament in advance.

Grading Scale

Near Mint: Near Mint cards will show little to no wear. There might be small imperfections i.e. a scratch, nick or slight border dent. Foil cards will have bright, lustrous surfaces with little to no clouding or wear. 

Light Play: Light Play cards will show small imperfections such as mild corner or border wear, small bends, light scratches, small nicks and minor scuffing. Foil cards may also show minor clouding and may not appear as lustrous as a near mint.

Moderate Play: Moderate Play cards will show visible wear. There may be noticeable bends or creases, visible scratches or nicks, shuffle wear and tear, surface scratches or scuffing, slight discoloration, and minor whiting. Foils may have clouded surfaces, surface wear, or surface dirt.

Heavy Play: We guarantee Heavy Play cards to still maintain tournament legality despite any wear and tear. Heavy play cards will exhibit signs of play such as, major bends or creases, extensive whiting around borders, corner wear, surface damage, nicks, scuffs, scratches etc. Heavy Play may also have signs of inking or be written on by someone other than the artist or Richard Garfield. Foils will have a significantly scratched or cloudy surface.

Damaged: Damaged cards are no longer tournament playable even with a sleeve. These cards are great for EDH or Cube formats. Damaged cards may be water damaged, or be bent, heavily creased, and dirty, have heavy border and corner wear or be inked around edges.

We do not accept returns on singles purchases with the exception of the following situations:

1) If you are unsatisfied with the condition of any singles you have received, you must contact us within 2 business days of the receipt. We must approve the item for return, customers must return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and then the item will be exchanged. We will also refund all shipping charges exclusively associated with the return of the item.

2) All orders are checked for accuracy before being shipped, but it is still possible for mistakes to happen. If you have received an item that you did not order, simply contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Once you are given approval for the return, return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and we will exchange the item(s). In the event that we cannot exchange the item, we will issue the customer a full refund for the purchase price of that item. We will also refund all shipping charges associated with the return of the item.


Sealed Products

If you would like to return factory-sealed merchandise, contact us within 2 business days of receipt. Once you are given approval for the return, simply return the merchandise in the same condition it was sent in and we will refund your purchase price, less the shipping charges. If the return is being made due to a mistake on our end, we will also refund all shipping charges associated with the transaction. However, once a sealed item (for example: a sealed booster pack or box) has been opened, that item cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.

When we receive the returned item, the item will be inspected. If there are any signs of tampering the return may be refused.

Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We will begin processing your order within one business day of receipt. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the USPS shipping method of your choice. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the items order and the selected shipping method.

Northwest Sportscards believes your information is private. We use provided information for transactions only. We do not and will not sell any of your information at any time. Buy and sell with confidence knowing that your information is safe.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. By providing this information you agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters.

How does Northwest Sportscards protect customer information?

We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Northwest Sportscards disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

Northwest Sportscards does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with Northwest Sportscards. Northwest Sportscards may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

Northwest Sportscards may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Northwest Sportscards, our users, or others.

Q: How many rounds do we play at your tournaments?

A: With the exception of Yu-Gi-Oh! and Friday Night Magic; our events are 4 rounds. FNM and Yu-Gi-Oh! are Modified SWISS rounds: 8 Participants: 3 Rounds, 9+ Participants: 4 Rounds


Q: Do you sell video games?

A: Northwest Sportscards Game Center does not deal in video game sales.

A: Although it is in our name Northwest Sportscards Game Center does not deal in the sale of Sportscard. However Our sister store, located at here, deals primarily in Sportscards and collectibles!
